Buying from HolyBags® is easy. To start, just make your product selections at our website, http://www.holybags.com. Upon receipt of your order, you’ll receive an order acknowledgement via e-mail. Once the order has been processed and we do have your handbag, jewelry, or home accessory in stock, your order will be securely packed and shipped. We sell in the United States only.

We provide free shipping in the United States only. All orders are shipped promptly once the request is received via the U.S. Postal Service.
HolyBags® currently ships within the United States only. When your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email that your package has been shipped and on it’s way to you.
We are happy to exchange merchandise only.
**Please note that exchanges are up to the discretion of HolyBags®, and are only accepted when the item is returned in its original condition.
Please email HolyBags® at holybags@yahoo.com to notify our sales team of your exchange of the unused item. All exchanged items must have the Return & Exchange Request Form, be in their original condition, packaging, unused, with tags and labels intact. Please note: you will be responsible for your own shipping to complete an exchange.
When your exchange is inspected and approved, we will exchange it for an item of equal value. There may be additional restocking fees that apply.
You will need to complete the Exchange Request Form attached to your receipt with your purchase. Once you have filled out and signed the form, pack the unused item(s) securely with the Exchange Request Form. Please mail to the address listed below.
